Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spotminders. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer international shipping to a wide variety of regions. Estimated delivery times generally range from 7 to 15 business days depending on your country and destination city.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal high volumes, carrier backlogs, or global logistical challenges.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Spotminders is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.). Packages may occasionally experience delivery adjustments or holds at local customs offices, which could extend the original delivery estimate.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and start showing updates within 2 to 5 business days after generation.

Damages and Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if tracking indicates the package is lost, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately at spotminderstrackingcard@gmail.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
